The staff were helpful and polite. Ms Prabhneet, the front desk manager, was particularly helpful in returning a valuable item I left behind. The hotel offers multiple five-star restaurants, with a great selection of breakfast choices. The spa, pool, and gym area are all superb.
The check-in process upon arrival was a bit slow. I hope improvements are made .

during check-in, the process seemed very slow. rooms was dated. i found the bedsheets to be dirty.

the traditional raj style grabbed my attention.. the beds were super comfy. i enjoyed the really good breakfast. the lovely pool was also a big plus for me.
